日本に帰る数日前に、思いつきで買った本、”ONE ZENTANGLE A DAY” 「ゼンタングルを１日一枚描こう」を、スーツケースに潜ませた。Started my new art project, One Zentangle A Day on March 2, 2017.
Energy Made Visible
氣は目では見えなけれど、アートを通じて間を埋めていく作業を辛抱強く続けると、いつの間にか見えないはずの氣が浮かび上がってくる。Art has a direct access to energy and also transforms the “invisible” to “visible”.
A big fish in Kumano
「熊野の海には、とてつもなく大きな魚が住んでいる。」The idea of a tremendously big fish living in the ocean near Kumano came into my consciousness about 2 years ago and it has been trying to become visible through my art.
