今日のゼンタングルは、光と影の役割に氣がつく事の大切さを学んだ。The day 4 of Zentangle project focused on the light source and shading to create familiar and inviting images.
Humility and Art
謙虚さは、ヒーラーとして、一人の人間として、大事にしてきた姿勢の一つ。そして今日謙虚さは、アーティストとしての仕事を続ける上でも大切な姿勢の一つだと発見した。I came across a wonderful quote explaining “humility” while watching the TED talk, “The Art of Being Yourself” by Caroline McHuge.
Energy Made Visible
氣は目では見えなけれど、アートを通じて間を埋めていく作業を辛抱強く続けると、いつの間にか見えないはずの氣が浮かび上がってくる。Art has a direct access to energy and also transforms the “invisible” to “visible”.
A big fish in Kumano
「熊野の海には、とてつもなく大きな魚が住んでいる。」The idea of a tremendously big fish living in the ocean near Kumano came into my consciousness about 2 years ago and it has been trying to become visible through my art.
